Claudio c2a1ab464b Webhook service: allow writes to /etc/caddy ...

git pull inside the deploy needs to update .git/FETCH_HEAD, but
ProtectSystem=full makes /etc read-only. ReadWritePaths=/etc/caddy
opens just the repo directory.
