changed container_config.py, users_groups_setp.py to
        change  puid from 13010 to 13009
changed setup.sh changed puid for overseerr to 13009 and fixed
        chown command to use overeerr ID
changed main.py to only ask overeerr question if plex is chosen

723f4aba0f Fix some problems with directory creation via Python setup script. (#18) 
* Fix broken create_config_dir() function.

The second line of a multi-line string has replacement fields, but was not an f-string.

* Top-level directories weren't created as intended.
